This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to laboratory research materials sold by Anomalytide LLC. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Anomalytide LLC ships laboratory research materials within the United States via USPS Priority Mail, which USPS typically delivers in 2\u20133 business days after the package is accepted by the Postal Service. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n
Orders are reviewed and prepared after account verification and payment confirmation. We pack and hand off eligible orders to USPS as promptly as operations allow. Orders placed on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or after the daily cutoff may ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once the label is created and the shipment is in USPS custody.<\/p>\n
We ship only to addresses associated with approved laboratory or research accounts. Products are laboratory research materials only. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical treatments, and they are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.<\/p>\n
\u201c2\u20133 day\u201d refers to USPS Priority Mail transit time after USPS has the package, not the time from checkout. Weather, peak volume, incorrect addresses, local post office delays, and USPS operational issues can extend delivery. Anomalytide LLC is not responsible for USPS delays once the package has been accepted.<\/p>\n
Use the tracking number in your shipment email on USPS.com<\/a>. Tracking updates are controlled by USPS. \u201cIn transit,\u201d \u201carriving late,\u201d or temporary gaps in scans are common and do not by themselves mean the package is lost.<\/p>\n You are responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address on the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If USPS returns a package as undeliverable because of an address error, contact us before requesting a reship. Reshipment may require a new shipping charge.<\/p>\n USPS determines final delivery (mailbox, porch, cluster box, or pickup). If you need Hold for Pickup or a specific delivery instruction, request it before the label is created when possible. We cannot control carrier delivery practices after handover.<\/p>\n If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with others at the delivery location and your local post office first. Report a problem to us within 7 days of the last USPS scan and include the order number and tracking number. For USPS-confirmed loss or damage in transit, we may, at our discretion, replace the order, refund shipping, or assist with a USPS inquiry. We do not guarantee replacement for theft after a \u201cdelivered\u201d scan.<\/p>\n If you refuse delivery, fail to claim a package, or provide an address that causes a return to sender, you may be charged for return postage and any reshipment. Opened, substituted, or tampered packages may not be eligible for return.<\/p>\n We do not currently offer international shipping unless expressly stated at checkout.
