Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to laboratory research materials sold by Anomalytide LLC. It should be read with our Terms of Service. All products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical treatments, and they are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration.

Completed sales

Because research materials may be ordered for specific laboratory purposes, completed sales are generally final once an order has shipped.

Before an order ships, Anomalytide LLC may, at its discretion, cancel and refund an order when the transaction appears inconsistent with our Terms of Service, research-use requirements, or applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, the purchaser must contact Anomalytide LLC at support@anomalytide.com within seven (7) business days of delivery.

For shipping-damage or incorrect-product claims, we may require:

  • Photographs of the exterior shipping package;
  • Photographs of the product and packaging;
  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Continuous video documentation of the package being opened, where available.

If Anomalytide LLC determines that a product was damaged before delivery or that an incorrect product was shipped, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, replace the affected product or issue an appropriate refund.

Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period may be denied.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on the payment processor and the customer’s bank.

Anomalytide LLC does not refund orders because a purchaser later intends personal, wellness, cosmetic, or human or animal use. Those uses are prohibited.
