Anomalytide LLC supplies chemical compounds and related materials strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research. We do not sell products for human or animal use, consumption, injection, ingestion, or administration. This Policy applies only to information we collect in connection with our website and order process.

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information to us.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account details: name, email address, password, and any organization or laboratory name you provide.
  • Order and shipping details: billing name, shipping name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and order notes.
  • Eligibility and intended-use information: age confirmation (21+), research-use acknowledgments, intended-use attestations, and any documentation we request to confirm lawful laboratory use.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, and other messages you send to us.
  • Account activity: login events and account updates.

2.2 Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. The processor collects payment card data directly and provides us with limited information such as payment status, last four digits, card brand, billing ZIP, and transaction identifiers.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location derived from IP.
  • Pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and site-interaction data.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used for session management, security, cart function, and basic analytics.

2.4 Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not request health diagnoses, medical histories, or information about personal use of products. Do not send us medical records or statements implying human or animal use. If you submit that kind of information, we may delete it and decline or cancel the related account or order.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create and maintain researcher accounts and authenticate users.
  • Review eligibility, intended use, and research-use attestations before granting catalog access or fulfilling orders.
  • Process, fulfill, ship, and support orders.
  • Prevent sales to minors and prevent purchases that appear inconsistent with laboratory research use only.
  • Detect fraud, chargebacks, account abuse, and unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with law, card-network rules, and payment-processor requirements, including recordkeeping that may be requested in a compliance review.
  • Respond to customer-service and account-access requests.
  • Improve site security, performance, and order operations.
  • Send transactional emails such as account verification, order confirmation, shipping updates, and policy notices.

We do not use personal information to market products for human consumption, wellness, bodybuilding, anti-aging treatment, or any therapeutic use.

4. Research-Use Records

Because our products are sold only for lawful laboratory research, we collect and retain attestations that you are at least 21, that you are purchasing for a legitimate research or laboratory purpose, and that you will not use the materials for human or animal administration.

These records may include the text you accepted, the date and time of acceptance, your account identifier, IP address, and order number. We retain them to demonstrate that preventive measures were in place, to review suspicious orders, and to respond to payment-processor, bank, or legal inquiries.

5. Legal Bases and Business Purposes

We process personal information as needed to perform a transaction you request, operate the site, protect the business, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, restricted-product compliance, and recordkeeping. Where a specific consent is required (for example, optional marketing email), we will ask for it separately. We do not currently send promotional marketing emails as a core practice; transactional messages about accounts and orders may still be sent.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information with:

  • Payment processors (including Stripe) to complete checkout and manage disputes.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver orders.
  • Website hosts, email providers, analytics providers, and security vendors that process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisors such as accountants, attorneys, or banks when reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities, card networks, or payment partners when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, misuse of research materials, or harm.
  • A successor in a merger, sale, or reorganization of the business, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools that are reasonably necessary to:

  • Keep you logged in and protect accounts.
  • Remember cart and checkout state.
  • Measure basic site performance.
  • Detect bots, abuse, and fraud.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, account login, cart, and checkout may not work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors for sale to third-party ad networks.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including:

  • Account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Order, shipping, and payment records as required for tax, accounting, chargeback, and legal purposes, typically at least seven years unless a longer period is required.
  • Research-use and age attestations for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and defend against misuse or processor review.
  • Support correspondence for a reasonable business period.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, unless a legal hold applies.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted checkout through our payment processor, access controls on accounts, and limited employee access to order data. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and our need to keep compliance records, you may:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of an account, except where we must retain order, attestation, tax, or fraud-prevention records.
  • Ask us to close an account and stop future sales to that account.

To make a request, email support@anomalytide.com from the address on the account and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not fulfill a request that would prevent us from keeping legally required records or from documenting that a research-use sale was restricted to an attested purchaser.

11. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Notices

If you are a resident of California or another state that grants consumer privacy rights, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Categories of personal information we collect include identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP address), commercial information (orders and attestations), internet activity (site logs), and audio/electronic information only if you leave voicemail or similar messages.

We collect this information from you and from your device when you use the site. We use it for the business purposes listed in Section 3. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Authorized-agent requests must include proof of authority and identity verification.

If a state law does not apply to our business because of revenue, volume, or other thresholds, we still treat the request in good faith under this Policy.

12. Age Restriction

The site and our products are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older who are purchasing for lawful laboratory research. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete the account and related information except records we must keep, and we will cancel unfulfilled orders.

13. International Visitors

We ship only within the United States and operate the site for U.S. laboratory purchasers. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Do not create an account or place an order if you cannot lawfully do so.

14. Third-Party Sites

The site may link to third-party services such as payment pages or shipping-tracking pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data collected by Stripe.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to those signals. Our site does not currently change behavior based solely on a DNT signal.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
